A layer count is only a number. What protects your water is how thick the wall is, how much material is in it and how it is made. Gujraaj tanks are rotational-moulded, built layer by layer into one seamless piece.

How a Gujraaj tank is made
We do not fill a tank in one shot. We build it layer on layer, so the wall is thick and even from top to bottom.
Choose raw material
Virgin LLDPE and HDPE with UV stabiliser and colour.
Charge the mould
A measured quantity is loaded for each layer.
Heat and rotate
The mould turns on two axes in the oven.
Build layer by layer
UV outer, tough HDPE middle, food-grade inner.
Cool and demould
One seamless piece, no welds to leak or crack.
Finish and test
Weight, wall thickness and quality checked in-house.
